Hello All,

I'm from the Akron, Ohio area and getting serious about rentals. I have done a few remodels in the past that have been successful but I would like to start collecting rentals right now. Feel much more confident after doing research on this site.

Mainly looking for multifamily/small apartments that are done with renters in place but not opposed to SFH. Already have a LLC created and have put in a few offers but they were not accepted at numbers that made sense. My biggest issue just seems to be finding the right deals at the moment to get started. After getting a few rentals with cash flow I would like to do some remodels to flip or hold.

For the time I am looking in the Akron/Canton area but would like to expand into Cleveland at some point.
