Hello all. I'm new to real estate investing, although I've bought quite a few homes in the past as personal residences. Right now, I'm thinking about retirement down the road and want to try a buy and hold approach to hopefully build up some income for when I retire. My resources are somewhat limited, so my main interest is finding properties where I can put little or no money down.
