Hello everyone, 

My name is Felix Fooks and I have been in the Real Estate industry for over 7 years. I mainly focus on Los Angeles (Westside and San Fernando Valley) but have worked elsewhere. I am a strong believer in networking and have been growing my networks throughout my entire career. While I continue growing my network base, I have lots of investor/developer clientele who are always looking for deals in the Los Angeles areas. Some of the contacts I have bring me deals which are spec house developments in cities such as Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Trousdale, Holmby Hills, Bird Streets and those types of area. I am always looking to expand my network base and help others as much as I can. 

At the moment, I have am actively looking for flip deals myself as well as developers for the off market properties I constantly have.
