My names Alex Mugnaini, I'm in the transition of deciding to take a break from college to focus on real goals, I live in the Northern California area, so the market is big and can be pricey. Any advice about ideas and strategies on getting started into the property game with little to no cash invested would be a good start for me. Knowledge is the most important tool. Look forward to getting to know everyone. Good day:)

Hi Alex. You may want to set up a keyword alert for Sacramento and see who the active members are in your area. I would also recommend the Ultimate Beginners Guide and the BP podcasts to get started. Once you find a strategy that appeals to you, you can focus in on that.
