First investment down, now to learn and invest more

Hi all,

After our very modest first investment (passive, syndicate) we are looking into learning more and investing more. 

Currently focused on cash-flow and increasing passive income including leverage, which is unfortunately not available in our local market.. 

Thanks for being a great resource to learn from - BiggerPockets podcasts, blogs and forums posts are much of what we listen to and read these past months :)
