Hello everone! I have been silently stalking the wealth of information in the forums and blog posts here on BP, and finally decided it was time to emerge from the shadows!

I obtained my FL RE license in May of this year, and have since found myself working primarily with owner financing transactions, as well as a few investors. One of whom, suggested BP as a resource to increase my knowledge of all things investing.
