Hi, folks! I was introduced to Bigger Pockets by a colleague who has branched out into real estate in addition to our primary profession. When I hear him talk about some of the deals he has engaged in, I'm intrigued, but I'm overwhelmed. It seems like there's a logic and mindset to this that's pretty different. I'm a linear thinker, usually. It seems like real estate requires that you think outside the conventional wisdom. So, primarily, I'm here to see if I can catch onto that way of thinking, and to decide if I should pursue this madness for myself.
