Hello

My name is Robert Crozier, my son Jeffrey and I have been talking about getting into real estate for sometime now. Our focus is on fix and Flips and hold and rent, over the last 6 months we have started to get more serious about it.

My background is construction, for the past 33 years I have worked in Residential new build & renovations, Commercial & hotel renovations. I had also owned my own business in residential construction and fire & water restoration.

Married 28 years with 4 kids, 4 grandchildren and 2 Golden's "Bob & Marley"

I am looking forward to using this community to broaden my knowledge in the industry and obtaining our goals (which our still in progress). Even though I am new to this hopefully with my background I am able to offer / help folks as well.

Welcome Robert to BP.  You are so lucky to have a construction background, that is sooo my downfall!  Listen to the podcasts and read anything on real estate. @Brandon Turner has a list of good books to read.

We will have to get some coffee, I lived in Ijamsville for over 20 years, now in Boonsboro, but have many friends down in your neck of the woods.
