Hello everyone, my name is Maritza and I'm new to this site and i'm interested in investing in duplexes... I'm very afraid because im a novist in this field...but i do know that investing in mutifamily homes puts me in the right path to financial growth...My question is, How do i start my investing with not so good credit and no money down?
