Advice for non US residents

Hi my name is Esteban. I am interested in starting a real estate investment in the US. I am from Ecuador but I believe that the US has stability and allows you to create a business with some security.

I wanted to know if any of you are not US residents and how did you go about starting to invest in real estate?

Is creating an LLC the best way to go?

Which is the best state to start investing?

Which property management company would you recomend?

My idea is to buy a property every three years and create a pasive income structure for me and my family, any sugestions?

Thanks in advance for any input that anyone can share with me.

Esteban
