Hello everyone, I am new here at BiggerPockets. I have read a few blogs and listened to some podcasts. Such valuable information, but so very much it can be intimidating on knowing where to start lol.

I'm interested in wholesaling SFR's to begin with. I'm one of those people that learns by doing, and so i'm pretty eager to getting my first deal done to better understand the process.

As far as experience goes I bought my first mobile home last year and have had a few repairs and replacements done such as electrical, bathroom sink, etc.. nothing major. I'v talked to a few off MLS sellers gathering some basic information for a buyer. Recently I almost had my first wholesale deal but the buyer I had in mind backed out at the last second and I missed out on that deal.

So anyways that's my story and I look forward to learning from and helping out with the community.

Thanks,

Dan
