First Step towards Wholesaling

Hey BP Community!

New to the site and I'm kind of regretting not joining a few months ago when I first came across it. Great website for sure.

My key focus right now is wholesaling. I have been doing a lot of studying and just wondering what my first step should be. I'm leaning towards direct mail or starting by connecting with a cash buyer and asking them exactly what they're looking for. Any advice?

Also,

What was your first step in wholesaling? Was it successful? What'd you learn? If you could go back, what step would you have took?

Much Appreciated!

Rapy.
