New and excited member in California

Hello all! I have often said, "I want to invest in real estate." As a military spouse, we were relocated to California from Florida and our primary residence became a rental. This gave us some exposure to real estate investing.   We attended a real estate investing seminar this weekend and are excited and motivated.
