Hi my name is Majdy and I'm new to real estate investing. I got lucky and have a friend who brought me in as a member of his flipping team. I handle marketing and negotiating the deals.  I have zero experience and am constantly on the phone seeking his advice. I've only brought in one deal so far but it was the first and only property owner I've has contact with.  The first success has motivated me to get serious and devote the time and resources to start getting deals flowing through the pipeline. I'm looking for any tips and advice anyone can offer.
