New member from Los Angeles Area

Hello everyone! My name is Wynn Sri and I am a new member here on BiggerPockets. I have listened to many of the podcasts and searched the site over the last few weeks but decided to take the plunge and start interacting with other members. 

A little bit about myself.  I do not own any properties at the moment but would like to make my first purchase within the next 3 months.  I work a steady full time job and have been aggressively saving my paychecks by living frugally and making wise money decisions.  

I have partnered up with a long time friend of mine (also a new member to BiggerPockets) and we plan on purchasing homes together.   Both our incomes combined would allow for multiple purchases in the next few years to come. 

We are both interested in the Los Angeles County, San Bernardino County, and out of state areas to purchase.  I am also personally interested in the Lake Havasu City, Arizona market.  When it comes to out of state, we would like to work with turnkey properties since we both have full time careers and would not have the time to manage them.  We are open to all investment strategies including flipping as well as holding for steady cash flow. 

Both my buddy and I are new to the industry and are very excited to learn from fellow members on BiggerPockets!  In addition to the real estate education on here, I look forward to building future business and personal relationships on BiggerPockets.  See you on the forums and hopefully the next local meet up!
