Dear BP community,

I think I found a distressed property in Prince George's, Maryland with potential to be come a nice hold or rehab to sell property. I read books and many questions posted here be become familiar with real estate investment, but Its time to look for professionals how have been and business to have more accurate on how real estate should be done. Im looking for someone informer me if I have the possibility to buy the property or other methods that I could use to reach my goal.

Sincerely,

Jorge
