I've only recently gotten turned on to the possibilities of REI, I'm sure am glad I stumbled upon Bigger Pockets. Looks like the resources and community will be a tremendous boost to my learning and connections as my wife and I embark on this new adventure.

We're currently getting ourselves up to speed and trying to figure out our approach. As of now, we're most interested in buy-and-hold rental property.
