I've listened to almost all of the 150 podcasts since June on my hour long commute. I finally purchased my first flip, something I've been looking to do for 10 years!! I don;t know if I would have ever taken the step if I hadn't been introduced to the podcasts.

I have a lot of first hand rehab experience from running a business as a side job and am excited to expand my real estate knowledge with this deal. I feel will it be a rewarding future and quite a change from my already rewarding career in medical devices. You guys are fantastic and are an amazing source of knowledge for people with experience and who are afraid to take the first step. Thank you!
