New flippers in Dallas/Ft. Worth area

Hello, we just started doing flips in Ft. Worth TX and in Dallas, we did one deal cash but it was hard. trying to do the next with hardmoney loan, any advise or suggestion? I was about to sign with DoHardMoney.com but have been reading the reviews and now I have doubts.
