New to BP, Also New to California

Hello, 

I finally created a BP profile and I am very new the world of real estate investing. I try to do most of my education through audiobooks on my way to work. I have read (through audiobooks) The 10x Rule, The Millionaire Real Estate Investor, The ABCs of Real Estate Investing, The Book on Real Estate with No Money Down, I just finished up The Real Estate Rehab Investing Bible and I just started The Real Estate Wholesaling Bible. 

As a new member here, I would like to pick the brains and observe the esteemed members on these forums and website. I am eager to learn.
