Hi,

My name is Senit Lutgen, and I am a real estate attorney and broker (agent) in Spokane, WA. I work with investors for residential properties as well as commercial properties. 

I'm somewhat unique, because I can help my clients with selling and purchasing properties as well as most of the legal aspects (contracts, advising, LLC formations...). I really enjoy working with new investors as well as the more experienced.

Overall, I just enjoy the topic of real estate.
