Just getting started, want to learn everything!

My name is Sara. I currently live in Santa Barbara, CA. I am currently trying to soak in all the knowledge I can about real estate investing. I am a TOTAL noob, no real estate experience at all. 

Although I live in California right now, I am more interested in buying property in Montana, specifically in Missoula where I have friends. My job will probably cause me to move in the next year or two and I'm not sure to where. 

Currently in the process of saving for my first down payment and learning everything I can in the meantime. I love the Bigger Pockets podcast, looking forward to learning even more from the forums. Really looking to build my network in this industry and find mentors!
