Intro: Agent/Investor in Lakewood Ranch

Hello Everyone,

I was born and raised in Sarasota, FL and my wife and I have called Lakewood Ranch home for the past 8 years. 

I majored in Real Estate in college and got my license shortly after I graduated and am staying active and informed on our local market as a part time agent and newbie investor. We bought a townhouse that we turned into our first rental property and now were hooked. Now we are looking to expand our rental portfolio as well as do some rehab deals.
