New and Excited about Real Estate!
Since I started at a Mortgage company in 2010 (initial job out of College) advising on Escrow, loan mods, and general CS, the industry has peaked my interest. After a year of the corporate meat grinder/cubicle experience, I knew that moving up in this atmosphere is very difficult, political, and will cut your throat in a heartbeat. Ok... enough metaphors, but, NOT what i envisioned during my business classes in college. I want something that I can have a lifestyle with my family where I work hard when need be and be off if I need time off, and most of all, something to call my own. I am open to learning any and everything about real estate. I don't want 'analysis paralysis' and need a place to start. I still feel that I need to do a little more research, but I feel I am almost ready to seek out those deals!
