I am currently looking to invest in preforclosures ,I went to a foreclosure auction yesterday and the prices were extremely inflated by the creditor's and then the bidders drove the price so close to the market value that i dont see how they can make any profit.so now i have to look into preforclosures to try to get some type of equity.
