hi my name is david, and I'm a newbie to real estate investing.   Been doing my research for about a month or so, and would like to start with wholesaling.   Any leads, suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Would love to get first wholesale under my belt as soon as possible.  I work with a airline, so travel is not a problem.  Thanks
