Greetings!

I am a new investor that purchased their home with a VA loan. I purchased two homes that are next to each other. I would like to purchase a 4 unit property in either Atlanta, GA, or the northeastern U.S. I would like to have the advice and wisdom of others if they can help. Thanks in advance for the help as I will share my stories as well!
