Multi Family Housing

Hi BP's,

I am 26 years old architect (not licensed) and would like to start investing in Real estate. I live in New Jersey and I looking forward to invest either in NJ or San Diego, CA. I have lived in both places and I know the areas pretty well. Plus, I know people to work with in both states. I am looking into multi-family rentals. Past few years, I have worked and saved enough money to begin investing and becoming a land lord. Basically, I need with how to get started and that's why I am here at Bigger Pockets.

Best,

Harshil Kakadia
