Hello. I'm a real estate developer in San Diego, California. I'm also a construction management consultant and licensed Civil Engineer. I develop projects myself and help other developers manage their projects. I'm looking for capital partners or joint venture land owners for 25 to 100 unit apartment projects in San Diego County.
