Commercial and Investment RE Banker in Minnesota

I am an experienced Commercial and Investment RE Banker currently living in Minnesota.  I have structured and financed hundreds of properties for others - and am now looking to begin to develop my own portfolio!  My primary acquisition interests lie in multi-unit apartment buildings - with the goal of developing enough passive income to be able to make that my full-time profession.  As my personal geographic residency goals lead me to Florida in hopefully 3 to 5 years - that is an area that I have much interest in continuing to partner, research, and learn.  I look forward to my experiences within this community!
