Hello, my name is Damel Wilson. I'm interested in gaining all the possible knowledge I can from helpful investors  and mentors on here. I'm interested in buying and hold deals, wholesale, and fix and flip. Since 2006 I have held properties for cash flow and I would like purchase 3-5 houses every year from here on. I'm interested in everything that has to do with real estate. I love it!
