Getting started in Indianapolis
Greetings from Indianapolis and Fishers! My name is Chris Moore and I've been a landlord since 2004, a Realtor since 2012 and full time investor since... now. I love every element of real estate from helping young people find their first home to renovating a derelict and bringing it back to life for more to enjoy.
My interest today is to meet more people interested in buying and selling properties in Central Indiana. Primarily we're looking for deals to rehab and flip in Hamilton, Marion and Johnson Counties. I'm always looking to meet likeminded investors interested in wholesaling and excited about meeting more of the community.
