I'm a current owner of 3 rental properties looking to learn more about different avenues of real estate investing. I'm also currently seeking a partnership with a home builder / investor to build on a piece of property I have.  Interested in doing a split percentage semi spec house on my lot. I'm currently working in the field of normal / custom residential appliance distribution.
