Hi all. My name is Ken Cavanaugh.

I am recently retired and joined up with a close friend to start investing in real estate. We are just learning to crawl, let alone walk, so any early advice is much appreciated.

I would like to join an REIC as close to Bluffton as possible.

This is my first post, so I'm looking to see what happens next.
