New to the BP community, looking to rehab single family and multi-family homes around the north Texas (and possibly beyond) area, both for resale and potential rental properties. Open to wholesale opportunities. Partnered with cash investors. Would love to network for contractor referrals, wholesale material suppliers, financing options. Always willing to pay for coffee in exchange for insights and advice.

Welcome @Kevin Dailey to the BP community.

There is a wealth of knowledge on this site. A few suggestions:

  • Under the "Education" tab above check out the podcasts and guides. You might want to start with the "Ultimate Beginner's Guide."
  • Under the "Community" tab check out the forums.
  • Set up keyword alerts for topics of interest to you.
  • Find a local BP meetup or other REI group to learn more about the local market and to network with other investors and vendors.
