Hello!

I'm Brad Gill, and I was turned onto Bigger Pockets by a friend, and have since then listened to several podcasts, a recent webinar, and read some other material on BP. I'm new to the Real Estate world, and hoping to buy my first house within the next few months. I would also love to get into owning properties, and possibly buying and flipping.
