Newbie from Aranos, Namibia in Africa. I am Hannes and is a farmer, entrepreneur and like the business things of life. I had started to look in property for some cash flow and I like to leave some income for my wife and children when things go tuff. My vision is to get up to 10 rental property's in the next 10 years.  Where I am we don't have all the time internet and cellfone excess .
