Hello,

I have been binge listening to the BiggerPockets podcast lately and really love the quality content that is provided. I really wish I would have come across this a lot earlier. I am new member and here and would like to network and gain some knowledge from other members here. I am a small time buy and hold investor but would like to get into other facets of real estate investing and greatly expand my portfolio.
