Hi everyone!

My name is Devon and I am a 25 year old mother of two who is making a career change into real estate investing in the Hampton roads area, hopefully. I just separated from active duty as an intelligence analyst and decided I wanted to do something that I enjoyed, not just something that was an easy paycheck. My idea is to get my real estate license so I can find clients to buy and renovate their homes, however to get my feet wet I would like to start flipping homes. However like I said this is a complete career change and I have no idea what I'm doing. I'm looking forward to getting to know you all and learn from you. Have a wonderful day!

Best Wishes,

Devon

P.S. Any and all advice is welcome. :)
