Hi, I was introduced to BiggerPockets by a fellow investor and have read and listened to several forums and podcasts. With so much great info, I'm eager to take that leap into investing. I'm very interested in buy and hold and looking into areas outside San Diego. Where would be some cities to consider? Thanks -Stosh
