Hello, 

I have recently relocated to Northern California. I have always had an interest in real estate investing but now I'm actually starting to take action. I've done one wholesale deal and I'm currently working on another. For now, I plan on keeping my deals broad to derive what I truly enjoy and what my market primarily supports. I would like to do wholesale deals, flips, rentals, and creative deals. I've spent some time here on BP reading articles and exploring the site and its GREAT! See you around.
