hi I'm Justin, I'm 27. I do construction work for a living. I am looking to make the transition from my current career into a career in real estate. I am mainly looking for buy and hold multi family properties in my area which I can manage and maintain myself, and looking to flip as well. I do not currently own any property as I am still in the learning stages, but I have been researching heavily in this area for about 2 years now and feel as though I am ready to take action.
