Hello my name is Eric and I am new to the real estate investing community.  I have a background in home remodeling and home improvements that I would like to start utilizing with other investors to make homes more unique and increase resale value.  

I am able to get many home improvement items at a wholesale cost, so the margins for resale profit are greatly increased compared to the average investor.  

I am also interested in wholesaling, bringing cash buyers to the table with cash sellers to increase everyone's selling and buying potential.

Please let me know if you have any advice as I enter into the Real Estate investing community.
