Hello Bigger Pockets,
I am a realtor new to Bigger Pockets. I live I Shreveport-bossier City LA. My husband and I are interested in starting to flip houses in the area. Please share your tips for guiding a successful flip business. We plan to implement the 70% rule - and flip 3br/2b on a slab.
