Hello BP,

I'm new to the bigger Pockets site but not so much to real estate. I have to say I'm amazed by all of the great information on here. I have basically been doing some investing (buy and holds) as a pass time, but I'm looking to grow and turn this thing into a full blown business. I'm excited and can't wait to make my next move up!
