Hello everyone,

My name is Aeron and I've come to BiggerPockets to learn and maintain knowledge in the buying and hold market, as well as flips/turns. I've been a property manager for roughly 2.5 years now, and seeing the back end of things has shown me how multiple properties are managed, flipped, repaired, demolished, sold and maintained are sometimes costly, but when done properly, beneficial. With my experience, I believe I can grasp the sense of understanding a bit better in the housing market, and plan to do well. If anyone has any tips however for a young individual starting out please do send me a message as I'd very much appreciate it!

Thank you!
