New member from Pennsylvania

Hello everyone!

My name is Ed and I am at the earliest stages of my Real Estate Investment life. I am currently looking at doing this part time, I currently work full time as a middle school teacher. I have always been interested in REI and I have finally committed to myself to dive in and educate myself as much as possible. I am currently wrestling with focusing on buy & hold versus flipping. I look forward to learning from all of you and hopefully also helping out as much as I can.
