Hello everyone!

I just wanted to take sometime to introduce myself. My name is Jonathan and I am a licensed realtor. Chicago and the surrounding suburbs are my market. Before becoming a realtor I was a property manager in charge of a 300 unit complex where I learned a lot about the business working closely with the owner. I joined this forum in hopes to learn more about the business through an investors perspective so I can use that knowledge to better assist my clients.
