Hello Everyone!

My everyone calls me Sean for short I am very interested in buy and hold and that is the course I plan to follow. Also the thought of quick money doing reasonable fix and flips is very appealing. I recently acquired  my first property and have saved a nice bit of cash while working my job doing demolition. Please stop by my post and tell me what you think!
