When I previously dabbled in RE investments (with 0 $ down) it took me about 4 years to make my 1st million dollars. Due to lack of knowledge, proper support and an impending divorce, I trusted the wrong people and lost everything. Lessons learned, I've dusted myself off, refuse to swim with the sharks, and I’m finally ready to jump in and swim with dolphins!

I'm investing in myself and taking a reliable real estate seminar program along with my sister. I have a lot to learn and need the expertise of others and this program seems to have what we need. My sister found Bigger Pockets and suggested it as a reliable resource as well – I trust her judgment explicitly.

I am interested in Wholesale and Tax Liens mainly, at least I think – after all, I am a woman – I might change my mind! I have a lot to learn and I need help. I'm eager, open and ready to learn. Time is the main drawback, I will have some large pockets of time through the holidays and hope to accomplish enough to be able to keep things going after that with steady inputs of time and effort, both in learning and doing due diligence. I’m excited to work hard and have FUN with this!
